SPECIFY BEFORE YOU BUY
Tell us what you store and how you handle it. We’ll help narrow down the dimensions, containment volume and load rating.
Discuss my requirements ↗Drum or IBC dimensions, container count and available floor space.
The containment volume required by your storage area.
The stored liquid, filled weight and handling equipment.
Your order size, preferred delivery date and destination port.
SMALL LEAKS. REAL DISRUPTION.
From drum storage to liquid handling, a well-chosen spill pallet helps keep your storage area cleaner and easier to inspect.
A sump below the grating collects drips and escaped liquid beneath your containers.
Support containers above collected liquid and define a clear position for each storage unit.
Removable grating allows access for cleaning and inspection. Confirm the design for your chosen model.

BEFORE YOU ORDER
Practical details for choosing your spill pallet and planning a wholesale order.
Ask our team ↗Choose by container type and handling method. Single-, two- and four-drum pallets suit the corresponding drum layouts; IBC pallets are designed for the footprint and support arrangement of an IBC. Low-profile spill decks are useful where a lower loading height is important, while small-container platforms suit cans, bottles and smaller vessels.
Before shortlisting a model, check the usable deck dimensions, total weight of the filled containers, required collection capacity and available floor space. Also consider access for loading and dispensing. Container count describes the layout; it does not confirm the load rating or containment capacity.
Use the listed collection capacity in litres—the volume the sump can collect. Outside dimensions, drum count and the “IBC” label do not tell you how much liquid the pallet can contain. The required capacity depends on your liquid, container arrangement, local requirements and site policy.
For example, if your site requires containment equal to 110% of a 1,000 L IBC, the minimum is 1,100 L. An IBC pallet with a smaller listed sump would not meet that requirement. This is a calculation example, not a universal rule. Confirm your required capacity with your site team and compare it with the exact model specification.
Static load is the rating for stationary storage under the specified support and loading conditions. Dynamic load refers to the specified handling condition, such as movement with a forklift. Rack load applies only to the stated rack support arrangement. These ratings describe different conditions and cannot be substituted for one another.
Calculate the stored load using the containers’ filled weight, including the containers themselves and any equipment on the deck. Four drums weighing 230 kg each when filled create a 920 kg load before any additional items. Load distribution, contact points, temperature and support can affect suitability. A missing dynamic or rack rating requires confirmation before that use.
Only when the exact model is approved for movement with the intended load and equipment. Forklift pockets alone do not confirm that a spill pallet can be moved while loaded. Check the model’s dynamic rating, permitted fork entry, fork dimensions and handling instructions; pallet-jack access must be checked separately.
If loaded movement has not been confirmed, unload the containers before repositioning the pallet. Any collected liquid should be recovered under your site’s spill procedure before movement. For ramp loading, match the ramp to the platform height and confirm its load rating and the intended loading method.
The catalogue lists HDPE / LLDPE polyethylene materials. Chemical compatibility must be checked for the actual liquid and selected model; a material name alone is not enough. Use the chemical name or CAS number, concentration, storage temperature and expected contact time to assess suitability. A safety data sheet (SDS) is a useful starting point.
Mixtures, solvents, concentrated chemicals and hot liquids need particular review. Share these details so we can confirm the resin grade and relevant compatibility information for your order. Anti-static, flame-retardant or other special material requirements should be specified at enquiry stage and confirmed separately.
There is no single minimum order quantity for the whole range. MOQ depends on the model and whether you need a standard product, a special colour, branding or new tooling. Send a model-by-model quantity list so we can check the minimum for each item and the feasibility of a mixed order.
For a trial purchase, ask about sample availability, sample charges and delivery costs. Confirm these together with packing and freight: a smaller order can have a higher shipping cost per unit, so comparing the total delivered cost is more useful than comparing unit price alone.
Yes. We can discuss colour, logo and branding options on existing models, as well as material requirements or new designs. Customization on an existing model and development of a new mould have different cost, quantity and timing considerations.
For branding, send your logo file, preferred colour reference and marking position. For a new design, provide drawings, dimensions, container layout, required collection capacity and load conditions. Feasibility, MOQ, tooling cost, sample approval and production lead time are agreed for the specific project before production.
Q3, Q5, Q7 and Q8 are catalogue references for designs whose moulds have not yet been developed. They are intended for development enquiries and are not ready-stock products. Catalogue dimensions are a starting point for discussion and require final confirmation through development.
A project needs a feasibility review, agreed drawings and specifications, tooling arrangements, a development schedule and sample approval before bulk production. If you need an earlier shipment, ask us to compare existing-mould models that meet your container size, load and containment needs.
Lead time is quoted for your model, quantity and customization. Confirm when the quoted period starts—for example, after order confirmation, the agreed payment and approval of any artwork or samples. Production time and transit time should be stated separately so you can plan the arrival date.
To prepare a quotation, send the model codes and quantities, material and colour requirements, customization details, destination port or delivery address, preferred shipping term and required date. Review packing dimensions, total shipment volume, gross weight and any stacking or nesting arrangements before booking freight.
The written quotation or pro forma invoice should confirm the final specifications, price and currency, payment schedule, packing, shipment terms and estimated dispatch date. Where catalogue tables and photo annotations differ, use the final agreed specification sheet.
Under FOB, the seller delivers the goods on board the buyer-nominated vessel at the named port of shipment; the buyer normally arranges the main sea freight and insurance. Under CIF, the seller also arranges and pays for sea freight and the required cargo insurance to the named destination port.
Under both rules, transit risk transfers when the goods are on board at the port of shipment. CIF therefore does not mean that the seller bears the risk until arrival, and its standard insurance cover may need to be increased for your needs. Import clearance, duties, taxes and onward delivery are generally for the buyer; destination handling charges should be checked in the quotation.
Specify the named port and Incoterms® version when comparing offers. If you need delivery to your warehouse, ask for a quotation covering that destination and a clear breakdown of included charges.

You can request the specification sheet and ask about available material information or test documents for the exact model. For purchasing review, check dimensions, usable deck area, collection capacity, product weight, material, relevant load ratings and handling instructions. A test document should identify the tested model, conditions and scope.
Document availability is model-specific. If your tender requires a named standard, third-party report or particular certificate, send the exact requirement before ordering so we can confirm what is available. Product category names and catalogue figures alone do not establish certification or compliance for every site.
